Shipping Policy: We do not charge handling charges. We use the least expensive shipping service. Since many of our items are very inexpensive we can not absorb the shipping cost. We do not pay for the cost of returning any order/item purchased from this website.   The countdown to return your item starts 7 business days from the day we actually ship your items. No exceptions are made if you do not return your item within the 30 days for retail. The seven day return policy starts seven business days from the day we actually ship your item. The 30 days for returning retail jewelry starts seven business days from the time we ship the item as evidenced by the receipts we keep on file

Use of Jewelry Not a Toy
All CGH Jewelry sold on this website is intended for adult use only. Jewelry, pendants or any parts of all jewelry sold should never be gifted, sold or given to chidlren under the age of 16.

Definition of Handmade:CGH Jewelry does not make the beads, chains and parts. All parts are imported. We assemble the parts which includes attaching jumprings, lobster clasp, clipping wire and chains. We may reject certain parts due to lackof quality. Our assembly and design using these parts is done in New York, USA. Our inhouse designer picks the beads, parts, clasp etc. CGH Jewelry creates the final product and chooses which manufacturers of parts to use.
